Thank you for shopping at Radiant & Rooted LLC! We want you to love your new green friends and cozy scents. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your items, please contact us immediately upon delivery at sales@radiantnrooted.com.
Live Plant Policy Guarantee & Arrived Damaged
- We transit our plants with the utmost care, but sometimes the journey can be rough. Minor cosmetic damage (a broken leaf, a bit of spilled soil) is normal and won't affect the health of the plant.

If your candle arrives severely damaged or plant arrives severely damaged, dead, or dying, please email us immediately at sales@radiantnrooted.com with your order number and at least two clear photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Radiant & Rooted LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
